Trance Terms of Use

Trance is a relaxation and self-hypnosis app for entertainment and wellbeing. It is not medical treatment and does not diagnose or cure any condition.

Do NOT use Trance while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation where drifting into a relaxed or drowsy state could be dangerous.

Photosensitivity warning: Trance includes moving, colour-cycling visuals. If you have epilepsy, are photosensitive, or have a history of seizures, consult a doctor before use and stop immediately if you feel unwell.

If you have a mental-health condition, consult a qualified professional before using guided hypnosis. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Trance offers a free tier (three sessions plus core features, no time limit). New users can try every Pro feature free for 3 days. The trial is not a subscription: no payment details are needed, nothing is charged, and it simply ends. Hosting party sessions is not included in the trial.

Trance Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple or Google: $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year (US dollars; your store shows local pricing, and prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your device's account settings.

If you downloaded Trance from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.

Party Mode connects you with others in a shared session. Use it respectfully; do not use it to harass or harm others.

All sessions, scripts, voice recordings, visuals and code are the intellectual property of Cafiyn Innovations and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the app.

Trance is intended for adults. If you are under the age of majority in your region, use it and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Trance is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafiyn Innovations LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and is not responsible for the conduct of other participants in Party Mode.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of Trance after an update means you accept the revised terms.
