KidSafe Terms of Use

KidSafe restricts an Android phone to a parent-approved set of apps and provides activities for children: games, stories, learning, creative tools and online-safety practice. It is a supervision aid, not a substitute for adult supervision.

KidSafe works best as the phone's Home app with Usage Access allowed. We do not guarantee that it will block every possible action on every device or Android version.

KidSafe starts with a 3-day free trial of everything. After the trial, a KidSafe Plus plan is required to keep using the app. Plans are Monthly ($4.99), Annual ($29.99) or Lifetime ($49.99, a single payment that never renews; the same price in every country). In India, Monthly is ₹299 and Annual is ₹1,799. Prices elsewhere are shown by Google Play in your local currency before you confirm.

The trial needs no payment method and never turns into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, or when a subscription ends, KidSafe is paused: activities, approved apps and parental controls stop working until a plan is bought. While paused you can still enter your PIN to buy or restore a plan, read these terms and the privacy policy, exit Kids Mode, or erase your child's data, and your child's progress is kept.

Subscriptions are charged to your Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play.

Keep your parent PIN private, choose apps that are appropriate for your child, and supervise their use of the device. You are responsible for the device and the content you allow on it.

KidSafe is designed to let phone calls ring through. Do not rely on KidSafe or any app as your only way to reach a child in an emergency.

All activities, stories, content, artwork and code are the intellectual property of Cafiyn Innovations and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or resell any part of the app. Things your child creates in KidSafe belong to your family.

KidSafe is set up and managed by a parent or guardian who is an adult. Children use it under that adult's supervision, and purchases can only be made by the adult through the parent PIN.

KidSafe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafiyn Innovations LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content in apps you choose to approve.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of KidSafe after an update means you accept the revised terms.
